Virallens.ai is a web-based platform that enables you to:

• Register and authenticate via third-party providers or email
• Purchase and manage credits for video generation
• Generate AI-powered cinematic videos via Text-to-Video and Image-to-Video using advanced generative models
• Store and access your generated video content via cloud storage

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure

Virallens.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, illegal, or abusive activity.

You agree to use the platform for personal and lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our platform or any integrated third-party AI models
• Use AI-generated content for offensive, illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Share, transfer, or resell your account or credits to any third party

Video generation requires credits, which are purchased through our secure payment processor. All prices are in USD and represent one-time payments.

Credits do not expire. They are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.

• No refunds are available once credits have been used for video generation.
• Refund requests for unused credits are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

AI video generation on Virallens.ai is powered by third-party artificial intelligence providers. Processing times vary based on resolution, prompt complexity, and server load.

We respect your privacy. When using Virallens.ai, we collect:

• Usage data (IP address, login history)
• Uploaded images and text prompts — transmitted to our third-party AI providers solely for processing
• Payment metadata — handled securely by our payment processors; we do not store card details

Your data is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data. You retain full ownership of your uploaded images. By using Virallens.ai, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your content via third-party AI providers and to store generated results on your personal dashboard.

The Virallens.ai platform — including its code, UI design, branding, and logos — is owned by Virallens. You retain all intellectual property rights in the final AI-generated videos created through your use of the platform.

• Virallens.ai is not liable for downtime or service interruptions caused by third-party AI APIs, hosting providers, or payment processors.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is capped at the total amount you paid us in the preceding six (6) months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sydney, New South Wales.
