Virallens.ai is an AI-powered video generation and motion control platform based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, operated as a Sole Trader under the business name Virallens. For any questions or support, reach us at support@caseai.ai.

Virallens.ai is a web-based platform that enables you to:

• Register and authenticate via third-party providers or email
• Purchase and manage credits for video generation
• Generate AI-powered cinematic videos via Text-to-Video and Image-to-Video using the Seedance 1.0 engine
• Create AI Motion Control videos by uploading a character image and a dance reference video, powered by Kling V3 Pro
• Store and access your generated video content via cloud storage

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure

Virallens.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, illegal, or abusive activity.

You agree to use the platform for personal and lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our platform or any integrated third-party AI models
• Use AI-generated content for offensive, illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Use Motion Control to create deepfakes, non-consensual impersonations, or misleading content depicting real individuals without their consent
• Upload copyrighted dance videos or character images that you do not have the rights to use
• Share, transfer, or resell your account or credits to any third party

Video generation and motion control require credits, which are purchased through our secure payment processor. All prices are in USD and represent one-time payments. Credits are shared across both the Video Engine and Motion Control features.

Credits do not expire. They are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.

• No refunds are available once credits have been used for video generation or motion control.
• Refund requests for unused credits are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• To request a refund, contact us at support@caseai.ai with your order details.

Video generation on Virallens.ai is powered by third-party artificial intelligence providers, including Seedance 1.0 (for Text-to-Video and Image-to-Video) and Kling V3 Pro (for Motion Control and dance transfer). Processing times vary based on resolution, prompt complexity, video length, and server load.

Motion Control videos may take 3–5 minutes to process. You will receive an email notification when your video is ready for download.

You retain all intellectual property rights in any images, videos, or prompts you upload to the platform. You also retain full ownership and commercial rights to the final AI-generated videos created through your use of the platform, including both Video Engine and Motion Control outputs.

• Full commercial license is included with every credit pack — use generated videos in ads, client work, social media, YouTube, or films
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any character images or reference dance videos you upload
• The Virallens.ai platform — including its code, UI design, branding, and logos — is owned by Virallens

• Virallens.ai is not liable for downtime or service interruptions caused by third-party AI APIs, hosting providers, or payment processors.
• We are not liable for the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs, including motion transfer results.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is capped at the total amount you paid us in the preceding six (6) months.

• You may stop using Virallens.ai at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or if we are required to do so by law.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any unused credits remaining at the time of termination for cause are non-refundable.

If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by email at support@caseai.ai. If it cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, the parties agree to consider mediation in Sydney, Australia before commencing court proceedings, except where urgent injunctive relief is required.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.

Users accessing the Platform from outside Australia do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in the Platform, legal requirements, or third-party services. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes, such as by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
